In previous years this painting was called, “Three” or “Things in Threes”. It had much less color variation in it, being mostly blue and blue-green. I always felt there needed to be more color in it but it wasn’t until this year that I figured it out and painted in the rainbow colors. As I worked, another profile emerged and more stars were added. The ley lines were also made more visible. While working on the painting I was seeing more mentions of the new earth in my reading and browsing so that’s probably what this is an illustration of. But no matter what it is it is interesting and fun to look at. It does give you a feeling of going/flying/moving through the stars.
